VINTAGE BIKES
There are so many beautiful vintage bicycles throughout the years. We love hearing about your cycling treasures but do not provide appraisals or vintage replacement parts. One may have have good luck searching ebay or craigslist.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
No registration of warranty is required. Simply retain a copy of the original receipt showing purchase from an authorized dealer. Present this receipt along with ones warranty claim.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
In the rare event of a suspected defect not related to neglect, wear, impact or corrosion, please do the following:

2) Find your original receipt
3) do not strip your bicycle, take apart or attempt to repair. (One may want a professional mechanic to perform a preliminary diagnosis)
4) make a list of signs and symptoms, take some digital photos to send us
